Veronica is a Brazilian-born independent filmmaker bringing over 20 years of diverse international experience in the audiovisual market. Having lived and worked in exciting locales like Washington D.C., New York City, France, Singapore, and Brazil, Veronica's rich, global perspective informs every facet of our work. Upon settling in Albany, NY, she founded Schroon River Productions in 2019 with a clear vision: to offer high-quality audiovisual production services to clients worldwide.
The inspiration behind our name is deeply personal to Veronica. The Schroon river flows by her family property in upstate NY, eventually merging with the majestic Hudson River on its way to the Big Apple. For Veronica, the river symbolizes core values embodied in our approach: reflection, transparency, resilience, and adaptability. It represents a continuous journey, sometimes through soft, sometimes through rough pathways, but always flowing forward, towards its final destination.
